Delivery Policy – The NCHA will ensure any physical product purchased from the NCHA website is posted on the day following receipt of your payment, where possible. For all aged event payments, as no physical product has been purchased delivery is not applicable.
Return / Refund Policy – The NCHA will replace or provide a refund for a faulty product, which has not been used on presentation of your proof of purchase for up to 4 months.
Security of Customer Details – The NCHA has taken every possible step to ensure security of all customer details (this includes credit card information). This website complies with ANZ requirements to be a SISD site. The NCHA does not retain card details of any customers nor is your information available to third parties.
