Warranty Advertisers and/or Advertising Agents upon and by lodging material with the Publisher (National Cutting Horse Association Inc. (NCHA)) for publication on the NCHA website or in the Chatta magazine, the Futurity Program of any other NCHA publication, or authorising or approving the publication of any material INDEMNIFY the Publisher, its servants and agents against all liability claims or proceedings whatsoever arising from the publication and without limiting the generality of the foregoing to indemnify each of them in relation to defamation, slander of titles, breach of copyright, infringement of trademarks or names of publication titles, unfair competition or trade practices, royalties or violation of rights or privacy and WARRANT that the material complies with all relevant laws and regulations and that its publication will not give rise to any rights against or liabilities to the Publisher, its servants or agents and in particular that nothing therein is capable of a breach of Part V of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Australia) (as amended).
Indemnity Advertisers and/or Advertising Agents accept full responsibility for the contents of all advertisements and will not include any defamatory content toward the NCHA, it board, staff or other members of the Association. Advertisers indemnifies the NCHA, its employees, agents and affiliates, and their employees and agents against any action, claim, loss or expense arising from publication of Copy or cancellation or failure to publish any Copy and all costs, losses and expenses suffered or incurred by NCHA publications, its employees, agents and affiliates, and their employees and agents as a result of any breach by Advertiser of these conditions or any agreement between Advertiser and the NCHA.
Please remember that suppliers of digital advertising are responsible for checking the quality and integrity of their files before submission to NCHA publications.
The NCHA reserves to change advertising rates without prior notice.
CONDITIONS RELATING TO PUBLISHING SERVICES The NCHA may, at its discretion, refuse to accept any Copy for publication and may at any time cancel or reschedule any Booking.

Artwork Specifications · All advertising prices include GST · Finished artwork must be supplied as high resolution PDF files ready for printing. · Advertising costs include mono text based artwork. · All content for adverting and editorial must be supplied electronically. · Artwork should be delivered on CD/DVD or emailed (files less than 3MB). · One proof will be provided for all full page advertisement on request. · Advertising cancelled 5 days after bookings close will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
