Professional Cutters Association (PCA)
In 2003, the NCHA Pro Trainers Association was formed and adopted an Official Code of Ethics for Professional Cutting Horse Trainers. It is the duty of the Pro Trainers association to develop a criteria for trainers and coaches and to work towards accreditation of our trainers. Other issues are setting the qualifications for trainers, the perception of trainers from the public, the disadvantages to the public if they go to unqualified trainers, Trainer/client contracts and standardisation of fees, and to ensure that Risk Management and OH&S issues are adhered to at their places of work.
In 2005 the Pro Trainer Association was change to Professional Cutters Australia. This is a very pro active association with new and inovated ideas deadicated to the expansion of Cutting.
